Lync 2010 client not getting "in a meeting" status

Howdy,

My client facing a problem, the Lync clients 2010 not showing "In a meeting" status anymore.

they have lync 2010 Enterprise deployment & Exchange 2010 SP3.

users get SMTP differ than the SIP address

SMTP: firstname.lastname@domain.com

SIP: username@uc.domain2.com

this wasn't a problem according to them, the "In a Meeting" status used to work.

they had a problem with the Exchange OAB , that was fixed yesterday.

any ideas what might be the problem?

Cheers,

T

Hi,

thanks for the reply, but it's already selected to update the presence according to my calendar information.

Hi,

Please hold the Ctrl key down while right-clicking the green Lync client icon in the notification area and check the EWS and MAPI status.
